What is a meeting room display?
A meeting room display is a small screen mounted outside a meeting room that shows whether the room is free or busy and what is booked next. Depending on the setup, people can also book the room on the spot, confirm that a meeting has started, extend it or end it early.
Why room displays matter
A display makes the calendar visible where the decision is made: at the door. People stop knocking on doors to check whether a room is in use, walk-up meetings find a free room quickly, and rooms booked by people who never arrive can be released instead of standing empty.

Auto-release, or room confirmation, asks attendees to confirm the meeting on the display around the start time. If nobody confirms, the meeting ends and the room becomes available again.
