Today marks a defining milestone in the story of AskCody. A milestone achieved. And a launchpad for the next step.
We can proudly announce that AskCody has officially been acquired by Volaris Group, part of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), one of the most respected global acquirers and long-term owners of vertical market software companies.
This moment is not about an exit. It is about ignition. It’s about scaling what we’ve built, validating the belief we’ve carried, and opening the door to a stronger, more resilient, and more ambitious future.
This acquisition confirms what we have always known: AskCody matters. Our platform, our culture, and our vision are not just valuable, but vital. And now, with the support and backing of one of the strongest software investors in the world, we are ready for the next chapter.
We remain AskCody. With our name, our mission, and our strategy intact. Still headquartered in Aalborg, Denmark. Still focused on building the best Meeting Management Platform for Microsoft in the world. But now, with more strength, more financial robustness, more fuel, and more reach to achieve our ambitions.
And let’s be clear: this is not an exit - it’s a launchpad for the next chapter of AskCody.
Looking back to move forward
For years, I’ve carried the conviction that building a great company is not about chasing the quick win (at least only, as of course sometime short-term priorities are required!), but about persistence, values, and people. AskCody was never meant to be a short story; it was always meant to be a long one.
Joining Volaris is not the end of that journey. It’s an inflection point. It gives us the foundation to keep building for decades to come. To me personally, it means that the culture, the product, and the mission I care so deeply about now have the backing to thrive well beyond me. That’s a humbling thought.
Why Volaris Group?
Volaris Group acquires companies not to sell them, but to keep them. They are forever invested. Their philosophy is simple yet powerful: acquire, strengthen, and build for life.
They measure success not in quarters, but in decades. They value autonomy, sustainability, operational excellence, and learning.
For AskCody, this partnership means:
- Independence preserved: we remain who we are.
- Support strengthened: we gain the resources and network of 1,300 software companies across the world.
- Ambition fueled: we now have the platform to accelerate, focus, and scale sustainably.
This is a match of mindset and ambition. A recognition that our journey is only just beginning.
From the Founder’s lens
When I started AskCody more than a decade ago, it was with a belief that the workplace could be transformed by technology that was both powerful and simple. We set out on a mission; We're here to help organizations manage meetings smarter. By doing so, we're creating a better workplace experience.
Along the way, there were tough calls, sleepless nights, and moments of doubt, but also the thrill of seeing our vision come alive with every customer we helped, every new team member we welcomed, and every step we took to scale and get a step closer on delivering on the mission.
This milestone with Volaris is not just about business. For me, it’s also deeply personal. It validates the risks we took, the resilience we built, and especially the trust so many of you placed in us. It’s proof that our work matters.
As a founder, this moment comes with mixed emotions: pride, gratitude, and excitement. Pride for what we’ve built together; gratitude for the customers, partners, and colleagues who believed in AskCody when we were still just an idea and a concept; and extreme excitement for what lies ahead.
I believe this next chapter will allow us to grow in a way that stays true to who we are, while unlocking potential we couldn’t have reached alone. For me, it’s not about handing over the keys but about opening new doors.
Lessons along the way
It would be easy to paint the AskCody story as a straight line of progress, but that wouldn’t be true. Building a company is never just a walk in the park. We, and I, have made mistakes. Taken wrong turns. Sometimes, waited too long to act. Other times acted too fast. There have been bad calls and missed opportunities.
Yet, each of these moments has been a teacher. The lessons learned, often the hard way, shaped me and us into a stronger, wiser, and more resilient company. They sharpened our focus, clarified our priorities, and gave us the courage to change course when needed.
The key has been to never negotiate with the past, but to act with the knowledge we have today. We know what we know, and we don’t know, what we don’t know. Progress, whether in the world or at AskCody, is never built on indecision. We’ve taken decisions every day, good as bad, and tomorrow we take new decisions. Again. Looking back, It’s the tuition we paid for the privilege of becoming who we are today.
A final word of gratitude
Over the years, more than a hundred colleagues have been part of AskCody’s journey. Each one has contributed in their own way: with ideas, energy, courage, odd thoughts, questions, curiosity, hard work, and commitment. This milestone is as much theirs as it is mine. Without their dedication, AskCody would not be where it is today. From the first core team in the early days, pulling all-nighters in our tiny office, to the colleagues who later helped us scale internationally and bring AskCody to enterprise customers across the globe, every single person has left a mark on this company. Each step forward was built on the shoulders of those who believed in what we were building, even when the path wasn’t clear.
But above all, I want to thank our customers. You placed your trust in us to manage something as critical as your meetings: the very heartbeat of your businesses. That trust is never taken for granted. It has shaped our product, pushed us to improve, and inspired us to keep going even when the road was hard.
This acquisition is a validation of your trust as much as our vision. And it is my promise that AskCody will continue to serve you with the same care, reliability, and ambition that brought us here.
Onwards and upwards. I’m really looking forward to the next steps with AskCody.
All the best. And thanks for your support.

We stay independent in name, product, and organization. We continue to be AskCody, headquartered in Aalborg, with the same strategy, culture, and vision.
Nothing changes. Our product remains, and we will continue to double down on our ambition to create the best Meeting Management Platform for Financial Services, Professional Services, and Large Corporate Offices. Now, with added scale, compliance, and security benefits from being part of Volaris Group.
It’s business as usual. Same product, same contract, same account manager, and the same customer operations team. The difference is that we can now offer even more stability, financial robustness, sustainability, improved security and compliance, and scale over time.
Our partner relationships remain unchanged. If anything, our partnership opportunities will only expand with the backing of Volaris Group. We bring the same commitments, the same collaboration, and the same drive for mutual success, but now with access to a broader ecosystem of software peers and resources.
No. This is not a merger. AskCody remains independent as its own company, with its own leadership, brand, product, and strategy. There is no consolidation with other businesses. We continue forward as AskCody, only now with the backing, strength, and long-term commitment of Volaris Group, who's forever invested.
