A fixed fee for the entire AskCody Platform that includes everything from room and workspace bookings, service and visitor management, to workspace analytics.

This gives you access to all features in AskCody, including Bookings, Maps, Visitors, Displays, Mobile App, Services, and more.

The Platform Fee includes 10 Workspaces, 5 Rooms and 1 Reception.

2. Choose number of additional resources

Purchase additional room, workspace, and reception (lobbies) licenses to accommodate your organizational needs and volume. We aim to scale with you based on your needs and sie of your workplace.

Premium Support is designed for all customers who want a more persnalized onboarding, implementation, support, training, and faster and higher ROI throughout our partnership. Premium Support is either $3,750.00 per year or 10% of the total subscription whichever is the greater amount. If in the future you increase or decrease the number of licenses, the Premium Services will reflect 10% of the total license cost. Nothing more, nothing less. For organizations with low change, few integrations, and limited internal complexity, this tier is perfectly sufficient. And support is still available 24/7.

Premium Support

Premium Support, on the other hand, are built for organizations that expect more, and wants to maximize their intestment in Meeting Management. If Meeting Management influences employee experience, real estate performance, support volume, visitor experience, or executive expectations, then Premium is the natural fit. This is where the value multiplies and accellerates.

Premium Support include everything from proactive optimization to hands-on configuration help, workspace audits, integration support, training, strategic consulting, and tailored guidance from our experts. It is a fully inclusive model. One investment. Unlimited access to the services your workplace needs to evolve, adapt, and perform at scale. We built our Platform to work seamlessly with all our modules and offerings, and they are simply better when combined. AskCody's Platform is designed to reduce complexity in your workplace, supporting office employees, admins, hospitality, catering, conference service teams, front desks, and visitors. That's why we want to provide you with access to all features right from the get-go, making it easy to get started.

What's included in the Platform Fee?

A fixed fee for the entire AskCody Platform that includes room and workspace bookings, meetings service management, visitor management and workplace analytics for 1 reception, user licenses, desk and room booking for 5 rooms and 10 workspaces. That's where you start. And that includes Maps, Displays and Dashboards, too!

From here you scale based on your number of Rooms, Workspaces, and Receptions.

But no matter what, you have access to ALL features in the AskCody Platform from the very first license.

For the Platform, we bill annually

You will be billed annually for your AskCody solution, and we will kindly notify you about your upcoming renewal 3 months before the end of your subscription period before renawal.

Becuase we want to help you onboard and adopt our solution, helping you solve your challeges and pains, as fast as possible.

Assisted onboarding is designed to provide additional support and deliver a more hands-on onboarding experience, to ensure a faster and smoother adoption of the platform, and teams seeking best-practice advice and expert guidance to get started effectively.

No matter if you also add our Premium or Managed services plans too, Assisted Onboarding is always required and mandatory.

 

How can I learn more about the pricing plan and how it works?

To make pricing simple, we've introduced the one-tiered, unified pricing plan. Nothing more, nothing less. The all-in-one, fully integrated Meeting and Workspace Management Platform, including all features in AskCody, all under one license, with everything bundled together.

Clarification on Annual Service Usage of Premium Support

Premium Support gives customers unlimited access to our catalogue of professional services throughout the contract year, much like an all-you-can-eat buffet where you are free to choose whatever you need, whenever you need it. To ensure fairness and capacity planning across our customer base, any sessions or services that are included as part of the Premium Support entitlement must be consumed within the same contract year they are allocated. Unused sessions or services cannot be carried forward into the following year. In practical terms this means that while you have access to the full menu of services during your Premium Support period, what is not used by the end of that year expires and will not be available for use in the next year. This policy encourages planning your engagements within the annual cycle to maximise value and aligns with standard professional services practices across SaaS support frameworks.
