That's why we want to provide you with access to all features right from the get-go, making it easy to get started.
What's included in the Platform Fee?
A fixed fee for the entire AskCody Platform that includes room and workspace bookings, meetings service management, visitor management and workplace analytics for 1 reception, user licenses, desk and room booking for 5 rooms and 10 workspaces. That's where you start. And that includes Maps, Displays and Dashboards, too!
From here you scale based on your number of Rooms, Workspaces, and Receptions.
But no matter what, you have access to ALL features in the AskCody Platform from the very first license.
For the Platform, we bill annually
You will be billed annually for your AskCody solution, and we will kindly notify you about your upcoming renewal 3 months before the end of your subscription period before renawal.
Why is Assisted Onboarding required?
Becuase we want to help you onboard and adopt our solution, helping you solve your challeges and pains, as fast as possible.
Assisted onboarding is designed to provide additional support and deliver a more hands-on onboarding experience, to ensure a faster and smoother adoption of the platform, and teams seeking best-practice advice and expert guidance to get started effectively.
No matter if you also add our Premium or Managed services plans too, Assisted Onboarding is always required and mandatory.
How can I learn more about the pricing plan and how it works?
To make pricing simple, we've introduced the one-tiered, unified pricing plan. Nothing more, nothing less. The all-in-one, fully integrated Meeting and Workspace Management Platform, including all features in AskCody, all under one license, with everything bundled together.

Clarification on Annual Service Usage of Premium Support
Premium Support gives customers unlimited access to our catalogue of professional services throughout the contract year, much like an all-you-can-eat buffet where you are free to choose whatever you need, whenever you need it. To ensure fairness and capacity planning across our customer base, any sessions or services that are included as part of the Premium Support entitlement must be consumed within the same contract year they are allocated. Unused sessions or services cannot be carried forward into the following year. In practical terms this means that while you have access to the full menu of services during your Premium Support period, what is not used by the end of that year expires and will not be available for use in the next year. This policy encourages planning your engagements within the annual cycle to maximise value and aligns with standard professional services practices across SaaS support frameworks.
