What happens after I ask for a quote?

One of our consultants contacts you to arrange a short conversation about your workplace: your locations, the rooms, workspaces and receptions you want to manage, and how much help you want from our team. Based on that, you receive a quote that fits your workplace.
What does my quote include?

Your quote shows the Platform Fee, the rooms, workspaces and receptions you need beyond the 5 rooms, 10 workspaces and 1 reception included, the one-time Assisted Onboarding, and Premium Support or a Managed Service if you choose them. Every license comes with every feature.
Is the quote binding?

No. Your quote is non-binding, so you can review it with your team before you decide.
Why do larger workplaces get a quote?

Because the price per room, workspace and reception depends on how many you need and where you are. For larger workplaces, we are flexible on both volume and market, and your consultant applies the pricing that fits your organization in your quote.
Is the Platform Fee part of volume pricing?

No. The Platform Fee is the same for everyone: $5,149 per year, with every feature, 5 rooms, 10 workspaces and 1 reception included. Volume pricing applies to the rooms, workspaces and receptions you add.
What should I have ready?

Nothing formal. A rough count of the rooms, workspaces and receptions you want to manage, and at which locations, is enough to start. If you know which service plan you want, bring that too.
Do you offer public sector pricing?

Yes. Public sector and government organizations can talk to us about public sector and framework agreement pricing.
Which currency are the prices in?

Our standard prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes. Your consultant confirms your final price in your quote.
Can we add rooms, workspaces or receptions later?

Yes. Start with what you need today and add licenses as your workplace grows. Your consultant updates your subscription, and every new license comes with every feature.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Simply reply to the confirmation email, and we will be happy to find a new time.
