Headcount planning
What is Headcount planning?
It is a strategic exercise that ensures the workplace adapts to the need of its employees. For that to happen the workplace team should analyze hiring plans, employee churn rate, hiring goals and cross reference that with occupancy data, utilization data, and employee feedback to accurately plan a workplace for the future. This could mean rearranging the floor plan, an expansion plan, or a completely new office to optimize space utilization.
