What is a digital workspace?
A digital workspace is the set of cloud-based apps, data and collaboration tools people use to do their work from any location or device. In many organizations it is built on Microsoft 365, with email and calendars in Outlook, chat and calls in Teams and files in SharePoint and OneDrive.

- Single sign-on and security across apps
Where the digital and physical workspace meet
Meetings are where the two come together. A meeting is planned in the calendar, but it also needs a room, equipment, perhaps catering and a welcome for guests. When the physical side lives outside the digital workspace, details get lost between systems.
