How It Works in Practice

When a user schedules a meeting in Outlook or Teams, AskCody’s platform activates its meeting intelligence. It identifies the meeting’s unique ID and attaches all related processes and data to that object.

Room Booking: The meeting is tied to the reserved space. If the time or room changes, the booking updates automatically no matter if the meeting is updated in Outlook, Teams or AskCody.
Services & Catering: Any ordered services follow the meeting. Move the meeting, and catering shifts with it. Cancel the meeting, and catering is cancelled too - no manual follow-up needed.
Visitor Management: Invited guests are automatically recognized and logged. If the meeting moves buildings or room, or times, their invites and arrival details update accordingly.
Analytics: The system tracks utilization, service costs, and meeting behavior - all tied back to the single source of truth: the meeting.
