What is a Flexible work policy?
Can also be called a hybrid work policy and is implemented when a company has adopted hybrid work models. It is a document that describes a company’s stance and requirements toward flexible work for its employees. It describes all the regulations and expectations that employees must follow when being in charge of where, when, and how they do their jobs. Hence, the policy covers; Eligible positions, worker expectations, collaboration and technology, and IT security.
