What is Chief Employee Experience Officer?
Chief Employee Experience Officer (CEEO or CEXO) is a term that refers to the person in charge of an organization's employee experience. The function of the CEEO/CEXO has grown in importance as businesses seek to invest more in employee engagement and working experience. The CEEO/CEXO is identical to a CMO, except that the customers are the employees of the company. THE CEEO/CEXO is in charge of a workplace experience team and is responsible for advocating for employees at the executive level.
