Enhancing the booking Experience: meeting room images in Workplace Central

We teased in our Q2 feature video and in the earlier post, "One click to access extended information on meeting rooms," it would soon be possible to see an image of the meeting rooms in Workplace Central, and it is now here.

You might be familiar with the difficulties of remembering all meeting rooms just by seeing the name of the meeting room. And often, the names of the meeting rooms don't give you any clue on where it is placed and how it looks. That's why we have made it possible to easily identify a meeting room by providing extended information, like a description of the meeting room or an image. 

You can access the description and image by clicking the familiar "More info" link, as you know from the list of meeting rooms in the AskCody Bookings Add-in for Outlook. 

When clicking on a meeting room in Workplace Central, you will be presented with extended information about that meeting room and the "More-info" link. Simply click on the link, and you can identify if the meeting room is a fit for your meeting.
