The AskCody Visitor Management check-in screen has up until now had Terms & Conditions that all visitors needed to give their consent. This will no longer be present unless required by your company.
On May 18, 2020, the standard Terms & Conditions will be removed
If you have created your own Terms & Conditions, the check-box will stay visible on the check-in screen, but the standard Terms & Conditions from AskCody will be removed.
If you have not created your own Terms & Conditions, then the check-box will disappear. You can always, later on, create your specified Terms & Conditions, and the check-box will appear on the check-in screen again.
Create your specified Terms & Conditions
Maybe you already have specified Terms & Conditions and just want to check if they still are relevant, or you don't have and would like to create specified Terms & Conditions. In either case, this is how you access them:
Navigate to the AskCody Management Portal.
Open the menu in the upper left corner.
Go to Admin Center.
Click on Welcome+.
Choose Welcome+ Messages.
Find the message Group: Terms.
Edit Title and Text.

When you have created the headline (Title) and typed in your Terms & Conditions (Text), the check-box will appear on your check-in screen after a few minutes, and your visitors will be required to tik your new Terms & Condition check-box.
