As a Data & Communications Intern at AskCody, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to enhance user engagement and streamline communication processes. This position allows you to apply your technical skills in a practical setting while contributing to our mission of improving the efficiency of organizational communications.

You will work in close collaboration with our Product Growth Specialist, where you will not only develop an academic project closely related to this position, but also conceptualize, test, iterate and implement your ideas and initiatives and turn them into solutions that can be integrated within the organization's operations.

What to expect

The roles entail a healthy dose of getting your hands dirty and as much responsibility as you can handle. Here are some of them categorized,  we can Mix and Match to fit what you want out of your internship. There is a never-ending task list, which we help you create and prioritize. 

Responsibilities

CRM Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing our CRM to enable automations for improving internal processes.
Data Insights: Gather data insights, creating reports and sharing findings with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions. Directly impacting improvements to customer experience as well as helping with feature discoverability and monitoring product adoption.
Communication Planning: Analyze and plan initiatives for effective communication i.e. via in-app and email communications to enhance user engagement.
In-App Communication: Develop and implement impactful in-app messaging that resonates with users.
Integration Management and Engineering: Plan, create, and maintain integrations across various platforms to streamline operations. Explore unique use cases for our upcoming Webhook integration, contributing to the enhancement of our services.

Tech

Understanding of data visualization and data structures

HTTP Requests and Webhooks, how they work and how to utilize in automations
Automation software (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate)
CRM- and e-mail Automations

If you know all the above, it's a plus! If you don't, you can expect to learn it.

Practical

Flexibility all the way 

  • Our home turf is our office in Aalborg, but we acknowledge that there are benefits of being in the office and working from home. Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. That means you choose the ideal location to work on the task at hand. Join us at the office least 1-2 times a week, you will love it, we promise

  • You can start tomorrow, and after an intense 2 week onboarding program, you will land in the middle of a positioning roll-out and a website overhaul, which you will help drive. So exciting stuff right from the get-go!

  • Danish is not a requirement. Your excellent mastering of the English language is more important
