A back-end developer with architectural overview

We are looking for a strong .NET developer, who is not afraid of combining technologies to attain the best result.

As back-end developer, you will join a small, dedicated team in providing a strong, robust and scalable platform for handling data for hundreds of thousands of users across the world.

You will work in close collaboration with our Product Managers and guide decisions on how to most effectively support the functionality of new products and optimize current solutions to expand their applications and scale with the customer base and the growth of the company.

As a candidate you are well prepared if you are:

A learner a curious mind
Strongly founded in .NET development, microservice architecture and Kubernetes deployment.
Natural interested in new tech and finding applications for it to challenge status quo
Interested in communication in the design process to arrive at the best solutions
...And potentially even knowledgeable about Microsoft Azure platform.

What to expect

The roles entail a healthy dose of getting your hands dirty and as much responsibility as you can handle. Here are some of them categorized, we can mix and match to fit you specific profile, areas of interest and technical enthusiasm. There is a never-ending task list, which you will never be alone to create and prioritize.

Responsibilities

Product development.
Design and implement new products, prioritized based on customer feedback and market strategies.

Maintenance.
Keeping existing systems and services up to date with dependency updates, utilization of new technologies, and configurations.

Infrastructure.
Keeping our current infrastructure configuration in line with our needs and adding new resources for new services.

Secure development.
Securing our customers' data is a responsibility that reaches all the way from design over implementation to in-production transport and persistence. You will be involved in every layer of implementing this responsibility.

Technical Skills

.NET C# development.

Micro-service architecture for both implementation, scaling, and optimization.

Kubernetes deployment and containerized development.

As much of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem as possible.

If you know all the above, it's a plus! If you don't, you can expect to learn it.

Our home turf is our office in Aalborg, but we acknowledge that there are benefits of being in the office and working from home. Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. That means you choose the ideal location to work on the task at hand. Join us at the office least 1-2 times a week, you will love it, we promise
Based on our use of the TT38 talent profile, we will match your work focus to your particular preferences and strengths.
Danish is not a requirement. Your excellent mastering of the English language is more important
