The first call is about understanding you. We explore your needs before showing features to ensure the later demo is relevant and valuable.

Why do you start with a conversation rather than a platform walkthrough

Because every organization works differently. If we dive into features and functions before learning about your reality, we risk showing you things that do not solve the real problem. 

We cannot responsibly recommend any solution, and don't wont to talk about features or shiny bottons, before we understand your situation and have diagnosed the real challenges behind it. Only then can we explore what will genuinely work for you.

How long does the first call take?

Usually around 30-45 minutes. Enough time to understand your situation and determine whether there is a strong fit to move forward.
