Your Profile

Your study does not necessarily have to be focused on customer service, customer relationship management, customer interactions, customer expansions etc., as long as you find it interesting to apply your study towards customers and customer communication you should apply. 
It is important that you have strong English skills and are able to join us in the office in Aalborg during the week. You are a person who thrives when you can help others, both colleagues and customers alike, and you value and strive for quality in what you do. You are social and enjoy working with others.

Why You Should Apply

You will be part of a Customer Experience team, consisting of a Customer Success team and a Solution Engineering team. You will have colleagues in both Denmark and Boston and be a part of the daily and weekly operations of both teams.
We will assign you a supervisor who will be dedicated to you, to help ensure you have the best possible experience, while also supporting the educational needs you must fulfill in your school project.
 
We will make sure you are included in our operations, internal as well as external, and we highly value your input and learnings. You will be met with trust, collaboration and all the feedback you can muster.

Your Role

We will determine your role together with you, to provide you with the best possible outcome for the internship. Ideally, we will try to balance some work tasks for you, where you will be responsible, while we also make sure to allow time for research and to be curious. 

Tasks could be, but are not limited to:

  • Ticket handling
    • Guiding our customers through our content and Help Center

    • Assist Solution Engineers their operations

  • Customer communication
    • Help create and develop our way of communicating with customers

  • Customer success
    •  Assist customers with insight into their platform usage

    • Assist with guides and help center articles

  •  Specific projects

    • Be part of an active running project in the organization

    • Be part of a customer project in collaboration with another part of the organization
