WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

Our Development Team is looking for additional Development Specialists to join us in our journey towards providing the best Meeting Management solution in the market.

 

As a Development Specialist in AskCody, you’ll be responsible for participating in product development, from ideation to deployment and beyond. You will become a crucial part of a small cross-functional team of specialists that autonomously, efficiently, and continuously create solutions that our customers love in close collaboration with our Product Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building robust and secure services that are performant, scalable, and which follow industry best practices with regards to software development craftsmanship.
  • Taking part in Incident Management, by monitoring and responding to production issues and requests.
  • Fulfilling internal and external business requests as part of our support pipeline.

  • Serving as a technical reviewer and contributor in requirements, design, and code reviews for changes applied throughout our tech stack.

  • Collaborating in designing, planning, sequencing, implementing and delivering software development projects.
  • Refactoring code and architecture on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency, architecture, and quality.
  • Actively working to identify, understand and eliminate bottlenecks in both our Agile processes, our technical infrastructure and our code base.

Our tech stack offers a diverse range of technologies to engage with:

  • React micro front ends within a mono-repo structure, accompanied by a UI Component library and a private yarn registry housing our custom packages, all of which are shared seamlessly across our projects.
  • At the core of our system, we have a PHP/Symfony monolith (for now), serving as the foundational backbone.
  • Leveraging C# microservices architecture to enhance modularity and scalability.
  • GraphQL/Apollo server to cater to all our data requirements, ensuring efficient and flexible data management.
  • Our robust infrastructure is built on Kubernetes and Docker, providing a stable and scalable foundation for our operations.
  • Our systems are built for Microsoft Exchange, so experience with Exchange online, EWS, MS Graph is a huge advantage.

  • Danish is not a requirement. Your excellent mastering of the English language is more important
  • We are a hybrid office. Every so often, though, we will need you to meet up in our office in Aalborg.
