I see garbage characters instead of pseudographics. My frames look all messed up.
You probably need to select a font that has pseudographics characters defined. When connected go to Fonts->Select font and choose 'OEM Special Characters' or 'Terminal' font". Contact Distinct support if this does not solve your problem.
