A very common question about network traffic analysis is how do I capture the traffic for analysis on a switched network? Is there something I need to do at installation?

At installation I got "Error 1904.Module D:\Program Files\Distinct\Monitor\library\3DChartM.ocx failed to register."

I am trying to install DNM 4.x and it seems to hang.

I have all the service packs installed but still when I try to install DNM it complains that I do not have the latest version of the Windows Installer. How is this possible?

My admin just installed DNM on W2k and went away. Now I am logged in as a normal user but I am unable to bind to the adapter. Why?
