Q.: My admin just installed DNM on W2k and went away. Now I am logged in as a normal user but I am unable to bind to the adapter. Why?
A.: You need to reboot your machine.
In general if the admin has not run DNM once after installation, you need to restart the system. Basically the driver
needs to be loaded on W2k/XP/NT and a normal user cannot load the driver.

The driver gets loaded automatically after a reboot if the installation was done by the admin.
