I want to export the packet trace file to a text file so that I can have my program work on it. Can I do that?
Yes you can. The Save As ... function in Network Monitor let you export the packet trace, one packet per line. This produces the same output as you would by printing the packet trace to a file. For this to happen, you must choose Save as type .TXT
