How fast does WebMail Objects send messages?

Product: Distinct WebMail ObjectsTopic: GeneralLast updated: 3/1/2008

Q.: How fast does WebMail Objects send messages?
A.: The throughput of Webmail Objects is dependent upon several factors, including size of the message, speed and load of the your mail server and of the mail server of your recipient and speed of your Internet connection. WebMail Objects does not have any control over these variables, but it relies on an engine written in C (not even C++) so that it can do its part as fast as possible. See also the FAQ regarding "Can I send multiple messages using the EasySend method without connecting and disconnecting after each message?" for a discussion on improving your throughput.
