What protocols does WebMail Objects implement?
The WebMail Objects suite implements SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) for creating and sending e-mail messages, POP3 (Post Office Protocol) for retrieving email messages from a POP server, IMAP (Internet Access Message Protocol version 4) for previewing and retrieving email messages from the server without the need to download them to your workstation and MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) used to encode and decode all non-text email messages.
